Pool Party Ekko

I feel like this skin can be easily made and it would look really good. My ideas were that the Q could be a pool floatie, the W could be a swimming pool and it can close whenever you step into it to stun, i'm not too sure on what to do with the E, and maybe the R could kinda be like the project one but with pool/swimming related things.
