New Halloween Skin: Count von Kai'Sa
For next Halloween, Kai'Sa could receive a new vampire-themed skin called "Count von Kai'Sa".
The inspiration for this is Count von Count, the vampire from Sesame Street who loves counting things, laughing, and hunting his prey. Kai'Sa enjoys doing those things as well, so it seems very fitting.
