What do you guys think about a ranked 1v1 gamemode?
I Always thought a 1v1 gamemode would fit league of legends really well, it would be like the all stars 1v1 tournaments and I personally think It would be a blast for a ton of people thoughts?

It's like asking for ranked dice rolling. Works ok casually or for fun, but makes zero sense in a Ranked set up, since the champions aren't balanced for a 1v1.
They did this several years back, when they had just started creating the different game modes. Almost nobody played it after the first couple days, so it wasn't worth the time to upkeep it. It was so unpopular that they didn't even bring it back for the RGM's.
Wouldn't work. There are too many champions that are too strong in 1v1 scenarios, and Riot couldn't give enough bans to make it fair.
Imagine having to deal with a Pantheon or Talon for the entire game. Or being against a Nasus who knew what he was doing. It'd be basically unwinnable.
And that's not even considering matchups that wouldn't end. Any combination of WW, Vlad, Mundo, and Maokai would just be a question of who gave up first. There wouldn't be a win, just whoever didn't go AFK first.
At one point they had a 1v1 or 2/2 mode. They put it on the ARAM map, and gave it all the same rules: first tower, first kill, first 100 cs. (or in duo mode it was first team eliminated, first tower, or first to 150 cs)
The reviews by most of the lower elo players were extremely mixed, but pretty much based on their win percentage and main role, it was also really biased. Particularly people who played early game steamroll champs (Riven, Pantheon, and Darius were the big three when they released this mode) or people who played very aggressive poke champs that could usually also waveclear well (MF was the most notable ADC, but others were doing work with Tristana and the pre-reworked Urgot) were feeling like it was the most awesome thing in the world, and that nobody could top them. Support mains like myself were all generally not a fan, since we carry games in a different way than that gamemode wants us to play...and junglers were more or less in agreeance with supports because again, a straight up 1v1 isn't really a jungler's playstyle. Mages were the real deciding factor. Burst mages loved it, waveclear mages were mostly impartial, and control/DoT mages hated it. Tanks hated it cause it gave them no time to get moving as well.
In high elo, and if you dig a bit you're sure to find some videos on it, most of them had close to the same consensus: 1v1 mode was basically a cockfight. I think it was a C9 player that used that exact word, but a lot of the people in Diamond and Challenger tiers (they didn't have M/GM yet) said "this is where the toxic players go when they want to shit on their support after they lose their game, so they feel better about going 2/10."
