How abilities would work:

Passive: Just him eating donuts as he waits in his stealth.

Q: A random weapon used to flat tires.

W: Just him running, maybe add police sirens when he uses the active.

E: Don't even know, maybe him shooting electric bullets of some sort?

Ult: Road spikes

Ingame looks:

Just wearing a police uniform, probably wearing either BPD letters on his vest (Bandle Police Department) or RGPD (Riot Games police Department, altough it meant it would be Riot Teemo instead). While wearing those typical Police officer sunglasses.

Just a fun idea. XD

I think the ult needs a better alternative, road spikes tend to be long and narrow. If were going for a more funny looking skin, maybe a stale explosive donut? (Have a little antena bipping from the center). Idk shrugs
