New Champ idea, Rasslen "The Awakening Vengeance" .

Rasslen grew up in a peaceful far away village, Everything was perfect until one night the "Blood moon" was in the middle of the sky, This silent and peacfull atmosphere was enturrepted with loud screams, Men of the village were defending their homeland against an extra ordinary army, It was so obvious they won't last longer against the attack, Rasslen's mother carried her 9 years old son on her back and started to look for a safe place to hide till the attack end, Luckly she found out a place that suits one person, She put Rasslen in it, "Dont leave from here, no matter what you hear don't go out" she told him, Then she left away to not attract attention to where Rasslen is.
After nearly seven hours the screams voices became quieter, The kid felt safe enough to go out and look for his mother, He looked everywhere, After a while searching everywhere he found her corpse, While he was crying he noticed a man flooded with his blood dying, He ran to him, "Who did that to you, Who killed my mom, What happened?" Rasslen asked, "A ninja horde , They were using dark magic and the forbidden shadow techniques" the man said, "Run kid, Go to a safe place, This place is not safe anymore" was the man's last words before he dead.
Rasslen Searched everywhere for those dark techniques ninjas, He joined the Demacian Army and trained very well, He developed his own fight techniques, He was getting older and his fighting skills were getting stronger but so is his Revenge desire which fills his heart, He helped the demacian army a lot in many fights, but by the time he discovered that the demacian army won't serve his desire to Vengeance from the "Dark techniques ninjas", So he decided to split up from the army for a while.
While he was passing near a valley, he felt that something attracting him to a mountain, something he couldn't recognize, Unfortunately he was near the void gate and it was baiting him to get closer by enhancing the Revenge desire in his soul, at the last second he manged to resist the attraction before it is too late and get lost in the void, but unluckley he wasn't entirely okay, The void infected the left side of his face especially his left eye with the living revenge in his soul, After a while he found that he gained some abbilites, "So much power, but it consumes my soul, I can feel it" Rasslen said, he decided to use it wisely to just serve his purpose because he feels that the more he use it the more he lose control of him self .
Later, Rasslen heared about League of legends where many fighters and magicians are in, so he decided to join it perhaps he can find what he is looking for.
- Rasslen's Q "executor"
Can be caste 3 times >1st cast : Rasslen hit with one if his swords dealing damage .
>2nd cast : after a 1.5 seconds from casting the 1st cast, Rasslen can land a Crit strike with his other sword to a target.
>3rd cast : after 1.5 seconds from casting the 2nd cast, Rasslen will use both his swords to stab his Target neglecting amount of the target armor.
*Each cast has 1.5 seconds cooldown, Each cast should be used with in 2.5 secconds, if not used, the whole "Q" goes to cooldown.
- Rasslen's W "duelist"
>If Rasslen managed to hit his target 5 basic attacks, the target will be exhausted for 3 seconds.
- Rasslen's E "Swift rush"
> Rasslen gets into a defensive mode covering him self with his swords to reduce some of the damage he takes while charging to a direction* >if any target met him in his direction it will be receiving a damage from one of his sword. > if he met a target at the very end of his charge the target will be stabbed with both of his swords to take extra damage.
- Rasslen's R "State of anger"
Rasslen stand still for a 1.5 in his place taking off the mask that covers the left side of his face to unleash his state of anger and make a hard loud scream that can be heared any where on the rift >While he is in the state of anger, he gains amount of movement speed, amount of attack speed, if he hits a target 2 basic attacks the target will bleed for 5% of it's maximum health, this bleed can be stacked to the same target more 2 times, So the single target can bleed for 15% of it's max-hp for a 3 seconds.
*Rasslen's state of anger lasts 10 seconds at all ranks
