So i was thinking what if riot made a champ like this:

Passive Whenever HE teleports behind an enemy champ ,monster, minion using Q or E, HE deals 10% of their max health(current health) dk whats best here

Q Has 3 Kunais. He can throw all 3 and he can teleport to them in the order wich he threw the kunais. It deals 60-200(+ 200% base ad). All the kunais last 1 minute. The teleport range is 1350 and if you hit a champion with Q He teleports behind him.

W A 2 or 3 hit passive.like a talon passive and if you combine w with his passive you do a lot burst.Deals 5%-15% max(current) health Again dk whats better here max or current health dmg.

E A small dash that at the end if he hits an enemy they get marked and HE can teleport behind them. The mark lasts for 8 seconds.

R He becomes untargetable and unstopable.HE becomes a ball of kunais after 2 seconds the ball of kunais explodes doing 200/400/600 (+150% gathered ad from items). After he explodes the kunais that didnt hit enemy champs, monsters act as Qs and you can teleport a maximum of 3 times with R.

I would really like for who reads this give opinion on if you like this champ,if you want to change his dmg numbers or Q E and R times and range. And i would really like if you could come up with a cool name for this champ. TY for reading.I really think this will be a high skill floor and high skill ceiling champ only bcs of his Q and R kunais bcs you nees to know where you placed your first second and third Q and where you R kunais are.

Why does the q ad ratio scale better than the ulti ratio? Why does he has SO MUCH % max health damage? And how does he proc his passive? Is it just instant or is it like shaco where you have to hit the back with an auto? Is he ranged or melee?

You might want to compare your kit to existent kits and see how much % max health damage people actually have... An interesting approach could be looking at Elise (She doesn't have % max health damage but % current + % missing health)
