New event ideea

How about everyone can choose their spells and passive at the beginning of the game ?

• 1 min should be enough for everybody to choose them
• If a player for example doesn't choose a spell or passive, a random one will be given to him.
• The map for the event will be the Classic Sumonner's rift
• You can not put more than 1 ultimate spell or passive

PS: The only problem i can think of about this is that the animations will not work.
