Hun It's Jinx .-. Jinx and Vi were in the same gang along with Ekko (Which makes him their brother). People in gangs usually consider each other siblings. Therefore Vi, Jinx, and Ekko are all Siblings, there ya go hun.
Vi's sister is obviously Fiora. They both have pink hair.
