Quotes like that ''You think I'm X? You should see my X!'' implies that they are much worse / better than them. Jinx means that her sister is much crazier than her, and a lot less sane.

Jinx is a terrorist out of boredom and fun (and the fact that she is insane) so her sister would be even more insane than that. Vi is a bit reckless, but she has some form of a moral code and is definitely not crazy

You realize that the lore states that they hate each other, so while we might view Vi as better than jinx, it is jinx that says it and so she could be talking about how vi acts and be trying to seem better than her (remember that jinx loves and is used to crime and vi used to be a criminal before she decided to switch sides)

actually, we know Vi spent some kind of time in Zaun. It's where she made her fists, right? That and Ekko has a couple of emotes when Vi is around, talking about how she shoulda stayed in Zaun, or she should come back, or something like that

She made her hextech gauntlets in a mine, after a failed robbery where she and several miners were trapped. She used their equipment to make them and escape, saving them in the process.

Going off of LaoBushido's post, Vi is from zaun, and started in a life of crime, living in the slums. After something went wrong during a mine robbery she got trapped with miners and made hextech gauntlets to escape. Not sure if this next part is right, I haven't studied champ lore in depth in a while, but I think that after she escaped the nearest place was piltover and having nothing to miss from zaun, she went there and soon joined the police force, wanting to stop criminals for some reason and having the knowledge of how criminals think (only reason caitlyn accepted her) so yeah, she kinda did start in Zaun, and crime took her to piltover.

aside from the fact that Jinx is a criminal that likes to get in Vi's face a lot (although she does about the same toward Caitlyn, but i assume it's more amusing toward Vi cuz of how hot headed she is)... reminds me of how the Joker is toward Batman a little tbh

Actually in both lores it was stated that they hate each other, though with jinx she has 90% certainty that vi can't catch her and so she has playful teasing.

Hun It's Jinx .-. Jinx and Vi were in the same gang along with Ekko (Which makes him their brother). People in gangs usually consider each other siblings. Therefore Vi, Jinx, and Ekko are all Siblings, there ya go hun.

Also if I go a little deeper, Jinx went crazy when Vi left the gang. Ekko had a crush on Jinx until she went crazy. Jinx's Fishbones is Jinx's actual personality. This also explains Ekko's quote to Jinx "Yea I had a crush on you, until you started talking to the guns".
