His last released skin was Super Galaxy Rumble, and that was released during season 4. There have been other character that have gotten 2 skins with in this time, and I think with the amount of time he has not had a skin, he deserves a new one.

I still vote for Dragon Trainer Rumble.
Look on the bright side, if he gets THIS skin, it's the closest thing to sharing a theme with Tristana.
I think Rumble deserves to share at least ONE theme with Rumble since Teemo will be sharing two after halloween.
