Small Texture Issue with SSW Talon?

As I was looking at his new skin, which I really like, I noticed an issue with the collar of his jacket/cloak (or what I think is the collar) when he is in his normal stance. It seems that his collar isn't attached to anything on his right side, it just comes off of his hood and looks really out of place when he is facing forward. It looks fine on his left side but only when you can see his back. You can notice this in the image I linked (source image is from S@20).

Seems like the issue is that the collar was designed for when Talon is standing straight (model view) but when he is in game in that stance the collar doesn't move with his jacket/right shoulder. Not sure if this was intentional, just thought I would point it out.
