Champion Concept: Baladan, The Ruler of Darkness

**Baladan **The Ruler of Darkness Jungle. (Probably)

Uses Energy: Regen: 10/sec Max Energy: 200 Base Ad: 65 (+4) Base Armor: 30 (+2.75) Base AS: .6 (+2.5%) Base Health: 563 (+64) Base Magic Resist: 32 (+1.5) Base Movement Speed: 345 Melee: 165 Health Regen: 4 (+2)

**Passive: The Darkness has returned: ** Abilities engulf enemy champions in darkness. Applying darkness on enemies causes them to take bonus physical damage on-hit. Darkness will last 5 seconds and reduce movement speed by 10%. Appearance: Dark shroud appears above head.

Q: Purge the Light: Cost: 80 energy Baladan turns his dual bladed Staff sideways, damaging enemies in the area, and knocking them to the side Dealing 60(+50% Attack Damage) as physical damage. If the enemy is already inflicted with darkness Baladan will regain 40 energy and Purge the Light will deal 50% extra damage. (Cooldown 20/16/15/15/12 12/10/10/8/6) Appearance: His black staff with silver blades goes sideways. (Range: 535 Units)

W: Dark Espionage: Passive: If Baladan’s target is inflicted with darkness; Baladan’s attack speed while attacking the inflicted champion is increased by ~~50/60/75/90/100%~~40/50/60/75/90%. Appearance: Shadows consume his blade and drag behind the blade as it moves.

E: Overwhelming Darkness: Passive: Slowly, Darkness will build around Baladan. As the Darkness grows, Baladan will gain increased health regen. Active: 40 energy Once Baladan Reaches max darkness he will have the ability to blink to a champion releasing darkness to deal 6/6/8/8/10% of their current health as magic damage as well as slowing them by 50% for 3 seconds. While on cooldown Baladan can not build Darkness. (Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6 Seconds) Darkness is built slowly over time but auto attacking any target will build 10 Darkness. Max darkness is 250. Appearance: Baladan appears darker and has more shadows moving around him as it grows. (Range: 600/650/700/750/800)

R: Baladan’s Revenge: Cost: 0 Baladan targets an enemy inflicting them with darkness and then shrouds himself into darkness becoming invisible for 4 seconds. When Baladan’s Revenge ends the targeted enemy takes 50(+80% Ability Power) Physical Damage and all enemies within 125 Units are stunned for 1/1.5/2 seconds. If Baladan attacks during his shroud he will be revealed.(Cooldown 100 Seconds) Appearance: A shadow poofs around him and then he fades. His target only can see the darkness is affecting them as a sign that they are the target. (Range: 2500 Units)

**Appearance: **Dark figure consumed in shadows that will infinitely grow. On his Dual-Bladed Staff that was crafted out of pure darkness there are engravings that read "Darkness and Death are one in the same." on one side and the other reads "This blade is Death. Therefore all marked by this blade shall die.". ** Taunt: **The darkness will consume you all. Joke: Light doesn’t cast MY shadow. That's my job. Dance: (Shadows pulse and he does the Bernie) **Laugh: **Hm hahahahahaha(fading)(Shadowy voice)

**Lore: ** Baladan comes from the darkest of the realms. Kayle was at war with the darkness before she came to the league; Baladan was the Prince of the very darkness she was fighting. Baladan was younger when Kayle had first been fighting the darkness, but now he has grown in both power and size. After becoming the ruler of the darkness he had heard that Kayle had joined the league and worked his way to join so that he could torture her as long as she remained in the league. Baladan came from a family that had a lot of power behind it. He, as the Prince was expected to be a great warrior and strategist. As he grew older he used many weapons and practice many forms of shadow magic. He soon grew accustomed to one specific weapon: a dual bladed staff. He mastered every way to use this weapon and found ways to make his shadow magic work with it. Coming from a family of sorcerers, but he was a warrior. His family not disappointed but distraught that he would not carry the family tradition. Even though he was a warrior he became the ruler and is now joining the league.

I don't think this is done at all but I've put a lot of work into it and would love some feedback and tips to fix some things. I'm willing to change anything with this as long as it makes sense. Anyway have a nice day and I hope this doesn't seem to similar to . If I can get his W changed I feel that its his most needed point of change.
