Kato, the Watcher {A LoL Champion Concept}
Hello all, please take some time to look over and let me know what you think of this Champion Concept for LoL. It would be an honor to see this gain the attention of Riot :)

Disclaimer Everything here is open to change and critique. This is simply a rough champion concept.
Kato is an Ionian Monk whose powers are amplified (like a loudspeaker if you will) by his Ring/Gate that hovers out in front of his palm.

- The Ring or Gate, could be loosely based off of this. He 'force' palm pushes and pulls through the ring as well as throws and 'jumps' to it.
Lore: Ionian roots. Master Lito's secretly appointed guardian of Irelia and Zelos. Played a large role in protecting Irelia in the defense of Ionia during the Noxian attack. - FlorencFortuneteller's Irelia which is another inspiration for Kato.
Role: Mage/Support AA Range: W/Passive 450, W/O Passive 250 Secondary Bar: Mana
Passive: Ring/Gate (name pending): When Kato wields his Ring his AA, Push, and Pull abilities all have increased range and deal increased magical damage. AA's with Ring deliver an extra 5/10/15/20/25/30/35 at 1,3,6,9,12,15,18. His Push and Pull abilities have a 250 increase in range and 30% increase in damage.
Q: Throw Ring/Jump (name pending): First Cast: Kato can throw his Ring out in a 1000 range radius where it will sit as a small source of vision, unable to be attacked by enemies (thrown like Orianna's ball but has indefinite sit time until death or Second Cast). Second Cast: Kato Jumps to and 'retrieves' his Ring instantly (5000 range) and dealing 70/85/100/125/155 (+40% of AP) and deals up to 400% more damage based on how far the Jump was. Mana Throw 0 all levels, Cooldown: 21/20/19/18/17 Mana Jump 100 all levels
W: Push (name pending): Kato 'force' pushes out in a straight line enemies dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+40% AP) and knocking them back 300. W/Passive 800 range, W/O Passive 550 range. 30% increase in damage with Ring. Mana 65 all levels, Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12
E: Pull (name pending): Kato 'force' pulls enemies in a straight line dealing 60/120/180/240/300 (+50% AP) and pulling them in by 300. W/Passive 850, W/O Passive 600. 30% increase in damage with Ring. Mana 65/75/85/95/100, Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14
R: Watcher's Gate (name pending): Kato swaps positions with an ally after a 1.5 channel (4000 range all levels). After swapping Kato gains 10% bonus Armor and MR for 3/4/5 seconds and the swapped ally gains 20/30/40 bonus MS for 3/4/5 seconds. Mana 150/130/110, 180/140/100 Cooldown
Notes: Kato can really be used in any role except possibly ADC. He can be built full burst with planned jumps and combos or AP bruiser/off-tank focusing more on supporting allies. His ultimate ability can be used to troll in the wrong hands or make some incredible game changing plays in the right hands. His Ring can be used defensively for escape or setting up double engagement with his R or can be used as extra burst damage.
