@RiotRepertoir how is taric and the rest coming along ?
no real news except for ashe and ryze just wondering if taric gets as boring and generic as trundle became after his rework.

Taric's 90% or so done from the gameplay side actually. However, due to him needing new model, animations, vfx, sfx, etc., there are still a few big projects ahead of him. It probably won't be until late fall or winter that we reveal changes.
Please dont force him into support like braum, bard or leona. I love the alot of the support champions but I feel like restricting any champion to one role is lame and the ones I mentioned are totally crippled in a solo lane. Plus we could use a paladin-esque tank.
Dear Devs, just be mindful that Taric's current skins are still a part of who he is. We all accept and embrace our outrageous champion.
Please keep Taric as a support, he is a very easy support to play, while still having a good amount of depth to him. He's easy to pick up, which makes it easy for beginning players to try out support to get a feel for what its like to play. I've played a lot of Taric throughout my 3 1/2 years of playing, and I still intend to play more. I liked where he was before, and I continue to like him now. I just don't want him to change into something so completely different from what he is now that he's almost unrecognizable.
I'm surprised we haven't gotten anymore news on this recently. I have to be honest, I'm really nervous. Taric is one of my best/favorite champs and I really like his feel right now. The only thing (and I literally mean everything else about him is perfect) is his ult. In my honest opinion, it's one of the worst (if not, the worst) ults in the game. I can occasionally use it usefully, maybe as a finisher, but overall it's not very "ultimate" and I don't feel like I'm contributing much in teamfights when I use it. I really hope his non-gameplay related changes are minor, like his voice/qoutes, personality, ect., as I like them right where they are.

He is really bad in comparison to all the op stuff you guys have been releasing, so picking him is like handicapping yourself and winning with him feels even better. That being said, he's super bad, but also super good. TLDR: Don't screw this up Riot. Make him look terrible, but awesome. And make sure he stays really bad, but change him enough to where he is really good. Basically don't do anything, but also everything. Gems.
