New mastery achievements

I recently hit 1 million mastery points on thresh and it was a bit anticlimactic than how I feel it should’ve been. I had an idea to implement some sort of new banner, recognition, or reward for the few players who achieve this milestone. I also thought they should create a list for players with the most mastery points overall and for each individual champion.
