Astro Teemo and Cho'Gath Eats the World ARCADE

I'm the marketing and media director for REC ROOM MASTERS, we build arcades!

Recently we thought it would be fun to make a retro arcade machine featuring the old April fools flash games Astro Teemo and Cho'gath Eats the World for our employees to play on their breaks. These games would be privately used and NOT sold on our website, but before we move forward does anyone know the policies on using these games for personal use? . . . Thanks for your help!
