Ao Shin: Future? or Scrapped champion

So should I still be hopeful Ao Shin will actually be released? Because he was announced before Jinx if I recall correctly. Not entirely sure when but I know it's been a while. Maybe they're waiting until another support champion is more wanted perhaps? I'd love to hear the communities thoughts.

Rioters said that, as for a few months ago, he's been put on hold one again, due to rigging/animating tech limitations (they want to make his movement really smooth and fluid, that of Chinese dragon) and connecting theme/lore with gameplay. They never said when he's coming out, but they said that, since nobody is working on him actively, he will probably not be released in 2015 (though they didn't say if he'd be released in 2016, 2017, and so on, simply because they have no clue either; See, champion development could be a difficult thing and you can never make promises about content in development in general, so as Rioters said too, in Ao Shin's case, they simply fucked up and they hope not to do such a thing again).

P.S- They still REALLY want to make him a real champ, just not sure how.

Probably too much identity crisis issues with Yasuo, Janna and Shyvana.

Either on hold or scraped and reworked into another champ I guess.
