Vel'koz skin!!

Can we make a pirate/ sailor jerry/ norman collins themed skin.. i.e. the kraken or an octopus of some sort. with water ball shooting out of him as his q, a wave burst as his w, and maybe he pulls tenticles out of ground as his e , with a steady stream as his r..?? that would be super dope. HE DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH SKINS!!!
