Just think if the artist had added either a cake then it could be called Surprise Party Ahri or a ship for Navy Officer Ahri.

That looks the same as pop star ahri, but more stereotyped. Real K-pop actually imitates the appearance of western pop, so the real Popstar Ahri actually represents it far better than this.
