High-Noon Xerath

My guy Xerath, has been lacking on a supply of skins. I believe that he deserves a high-noon skin, for he's a lacking. My ideas for Xerath include turning his Q into a giant bullet that shoots after being charged and while being charged Xerath will spinning the barrel of a revolver. His W would be another bullet that comes down from the sky and the E would be a bullet again but smaller or somehow differently textured from the Q bullet. His R would yet again be more bullets doing essentially the same thing as the W. For his auto attacks he would hold his hands like finger guns and shoot tiny bullets. His skin itself would be the classic color scheme of high-noon with a cowboy hat and sheriff vest on. I am not artistic so I have no clue where to start in even trying to do concept art or anything but I hope my description gives some insight to my vision of my favorite champ.
