Talon rework/project Talon

OK, so i am mastery level 7 with the talon and i am really excited/nervous about his rework, but i think it is the perfect chance (rito listen plz) to give talon a new (epic) skin because he is very lacking in that sort. So i propose Project Talon. (p.s. im fine if he just gets an epic in general) But this would be my favorite. Not only dose it work very well with his lore (which could use a little polishing up in the rework) but it works with his fighting style and would just be so dang cool. I would like his "color" to be a dark blue seeing as how this is similar to "non-skin talon" colorskeem and its not taken by other project skins. This would probably be the coolest skin ever (bias alert) and i would defiantly pay precious riot points. although any epic talon skin a would probably pay for.
