Storm Force Garen

I have a pretty bad-A idea of a Garen skin. Similar to Weather Forecast Janna, it will revolve around storms and other unrelenting forces of nature. For example, His E could be a tornado that forms from his center and grows over time. His R Would Make a God sized Lighting Bolt shoot from the sky into its helpless victim. His Q would resemble an earthquake trembling the ground on impact, whilst he W will put a wind barrier around him. I hope you guys at the Riot team will look over this and share your thoughts about my skin idea. If you read through this I want to say Thank You! for taking your time and telling me what you think about this possible new Garen skin!
