Roit Please - Kayle Rework
Quite a while ago Riot said they 'might' do a rework for

but alas its been at least a year, and kayle has went from a harassing crazy fast auto attacker, to just straight trash.
Ya shes not 'to bad' in bronze (by that i mean she can do stuff sometimes) but overall, kayle is trash right now. Plus with all the reworks riot has been spiting out she keeps getting worse and worse.
Maybe Riot gave it up because they didn't know how to go about it. Well, as a formal Kayle OTP i have some ideas ~~
1st.
- Old Passive: Holy Fervor `Kayle's basic attacks and Reckoning reduce enemy champions' armor and magic resistance by 3% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times, up to a maximum of 15%.
-New Passive: Righteous Fury (basically her E) `Kayles basic attacks gain bonus effects. Kayle's basic attacks have 525 range, deal increased bonus Ability power magic damage to her main target, deal magic damage to all enemies near the main target, though not against turrets, and apply spell effects. ~Bonus Magic Damage: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% AP (lvls 1-18)
NOTES: My reasoning for this is that: Kayles E is just about always active, if it ends in the middle of a fight and you dont notice your sol, And her old passive is nice and all but i had a better idea for it (see 5th.)
2nd. -Old Q: Reckoning ` Kayle blasts the target enemy, dealing them magic damage and slowing them for 3 seconds. ~Damage Ratio: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+ 100% bonus AD) (+ 60% AP) ~Slow: 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% COOLDOWN: 8 sec *COST: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 Mana *TARGET RANGE: 650
-New Q: Reckoning (basicly her old Q with some tweks) `Kayle aims in any direction and fires a holy blast that deals magic damage and slowing them for 4-5 (at lvl 1-18) seconds. ~Damage Ratio: 80 / 100 / 140 / 200 / 280 (+ 60% bonus AD) (+ 70% AP) ~Slow: 40 / 45 / 50 / 60 / 70% COOLDOWN: 12/11/10/9/8 sec *COST: 60 / 65 / 75 / 80 / 85 Mana *TARGET RANGE: 1200
NOTES: This is more of a personal preference, add a bit of some challenge to Kayles kit aside from stutter steeping. also it needs some buff if its gonna be a skill shot ;) i also increased the cooldown so that it wouldn't be to insane early on, and left it the same after you hit max Q.
3rd. -Old W: Divine Blessing `Kayle blesses the target allied champion or herself, healing them and granting them bonus movement speed for 3 seconds ~Heal: 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+ 45% AP) ~Bonus Movement Speed: 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 / 30% (+ 7% per 100 AP) COOLDOWN: 15 sec *COST: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 Mana *TARGET RANGE: 900
-New W: Divine Blessing
`Kayle blesses the target allied champion or herself, healing them and grants a small shield for 3 seconds
~Heal: 50 / 80 / 150 / 190 / 220 (+ 50% AP)
~shield: 70 / 85 / 95 / 120 / 150 (+ 30 per 100 AP & + 30 per 100 AD)
COOLDOWN: 15 / 12 / 10 / 9 / 8 sec
*COST: 50 / 60 / 65 / 75 / 90 Mana
*TARGET RANGE: 850
NOTES: The reasoning behind this change ties into the next ability. I took away the bonus movement speed and gave a shield instead, not a major shield but late game you'll have like a 300+ shield (if you have 500 ap or ad) and that will help her squishiness a bit. i also lowed the cooldown at lower levels so kayle has more sustain early game
4th. -Old E: Righteous Fury ` For the next 10 seconds, Kayle becomes a ranged champion and her basic attacks gain bonus effects. Kayle's basic attacks have 525 range, deal increased bonus magic damage to her main target, deal magic damage to all enemies near the main target, though not against turrets, and apply spell effects. ~Bonus Magic Damage: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+ 15% AP) ~Increased Magic Damage: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 30% AP) ~Splashing Magic Damage: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% AD) (+ 30% AP) COOLDOWN: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 *COST: 45 Mana
-New E: Angelic Flight (this is just the name i came up with) `Kayle dashes in a direction and gains bonus movement speed for 2 seconds ~Dash Distance: 555 units ~Bonus Movement Speed: 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 / 30% (+ 7% per 100 AP) (same as the original W movement speed) COOLDOWN: 18 / 17 / 16 / 14 / 12 *COST: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 120 Mana
NOTES: The old E was removed to make it a passive for obvious reasons, and the new E is a much need way of escape for Kayle. Her speed up isn't good enough to escape modern day champs. Hopefully this will give her the ability to out play and set up some nice looking plays.
5th. -Old R: Intervention `Kayle bathes the target allied champion or herself in holy light, rendering them Intervention invulnerable for a few seconds. ~Duration: 2 / 2.5 / 3 COOLDOWN: 100 / 90 / 80 secs *COST: 0 Mana
-Old R: Holy Intervention `Kayle bathes the target allied champion or herself in holy light, rendering allies invulnerable for a few seconds, or if casted on her self gives a mass shield, bonus attack speed, and reduce enemy champions' armor and magic resistance by 2% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 10 times, up to a maximum of 20% for every basic attack. ~Duration on Allies: 2 / 2.5 / 3 ~Duration on Kayle: 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 ~Attack Speed: +40 / 60 / 80% ~shield: 80 / 190 / 460 / 730 / 1000 (+ 60 per 100 AP & + 60 per 100 AD) COOLDOWN: 140 / 120 / 100 secs *COST: 140 / 160 / 180 Mana
6th. Game module
Honestly i think her module is fine for the most part, i don't like her dance but i can deal with it. BUT her module is really really tiny compared to other champs

So you see the problem. idk how you could fix this with out making her wings huge but it would be cool if Riot could find a way to do so
Ok i think thats all i gat :P Tell me what you guys think, any better ideas would be awesome.
TL;DR 1st. Passive changed to her E minus a few of the Active bonuses 2nd. Q changed to a skill shot plus some buffs 3rd. Bonus movement speed removed plus added a small shield 4th. E removed, replaced with a dash 5th. R modified to be more player friendly and less rage inducing 6th. Visuals, Character module needs to be tweaked
