riot, i was watching a video of Brofresco's and it started off talking about #pourjulia, and i came across this comment...

A skin called Queen Rek'Sai; she would be a different color, and clad in ornate tribal armor and jewelry, changing her textures to correspond. Her voice would be completely redone, so instead of the standard roars and shrieks, she would have a gravely alien-like voice, similar to Zagara from Starcraft. Her lines would consist of poetic quips like "The world is cruel, but from this cruelty, we grow strong." Finally, as a reference to the charity, when she triggers her ult, she screams "Juliaaaa!!"

riot, please, do this skin idea. Do something similar to what u did for the manatee thing when u released urfwick.
