oh hey if that allowed i've designed a new champion with abilities but edit it if you want his name is:idk maybe Baxter he is an Apility power champ midlane or toplane his Passive after his death he turned into a Bats chasing enemy for few seconds like sion his Q:sending a bats untarget blinding enemy like Quinn for few seconds unique passive for E+Q Stun enemy for few seconds his W:Sending zapping small circle area his E:an area slows Enemy like Fortune E but when u walk on it your movment increasing his R:Turning into a Giant bat with a smal bats hit the target enemy (his abilities change when u turn into a giant bat) it's cooldown not longer like Jayce ult his Q (when R): Increasing his AS+AD like rengar Q his W (when R): Healing by killing minion or monster or champion by it his E (When R): Release a crowd of bats damage and slow enemy it's range too far like Kai'sa W his R (When R):Turn into a man with mage stick i tried to put his pic but i couldn't
