Skin idea - Earthbound Zoe (Ness)

As title says, can we get a Zoe skin based on Ness from Earthbound?

Put her in a ballcap and backpack. Paddle star is a yo-yo. Sleepy Bubble is smacked out with a baseball bat. W bubbles are PK Thunder (you've played Smash Bros, right?)
