Shen Nerfed?

one of my friends completely quit playing league of legends because of riots crazy idea of making useless. and that broke my heart that our fav game completely destroyed one of our top supports. and honestly was THE BEST support top laner ever and you guys just ruined his Q, W, E, and R very disappointed in Riot at the moment
