Hextech/Skin Gifting

It would be really nice if in League you could gift or send your skins/unlocked skins to another player, since lots of players get skins they don't use and finding a good skin for your main is really difficult. Maybe you could add an IP cost so that players don't just trade skins before games and give it back afterwards. I think this would make the game a lot more fun for people who don't spend a lot of money on league, and help boost interest in the game?
