Which skin should I get

I just got a prepaid game card and was thinking which skin I want, I'm sort of leaning toward Arctic Ops but I also want Arcade but really I'm not sure...

Arcade Hecarim is good, but I believe Artic Ops Varus is even better. Has an awesome recall animation and particles. Arcade Hecarim is just awesome due to the rainbow effects he has, but that's about it.

BTW, you may want to wait if you are strapped on RP. Battlecast Vel'Koz is going on sale by the end of March. Artic Ops Varus came out around the same time as Battlecast Vel'Koz. You never know, he may be on sale soon.

arcade hecarim looks like a gay pride pony with rainbow tail and is made after the rainbow unicorn attack if it doesn't sound amazing to you...
