Update Annie In Wonderland/other old Legendary skins?

So, like, Annie In Wonderland is such a cute skin! However, because of how old it is, it doesn't match up to most other Legendary skins! No new quotes/dialogue, no changes in the abilities, no particle changes, no special back animation. Rito, pls. Def not worth over 975 RP.

Legendary are 1820 ;)

and they've already said many times they have no plans to update any of the older skins.
