[Champion Concept] Pack Leader Leon*In-Development*

Name: Leon Race: Humanoid Wolf. Not a werewolf, more like this. Role: Jungler who can either build tanky or damage.

Concept: Leon's abilities are wolf-themed. His kit is designed applying a bleed with his passive. His goal in a fight is to get onto and stick to a target so that he can apply his bleed which will enhance his other abilities. Because of his passive, and his W ability, Attack speed will be a very strong stat, and Leon will itemize more towards items like Witt's End and Blade of the Ruined King.(Outdated, will update now that Abilities have changed)

Abilities-

Passive - Strength in Numbers: Leon gains increases 5% movement and attack speed per nearby ally along with 1% damage per nearby ally, up to 5 stacks

Q: Taste for Blood: Leon has +20/25/30/35/40% attack speed and his auto attacks causes target to bleed for 12+(Level*1.5)physical damage over 4 seconds. Activating this ability causes Leon to bite the target and place the passive on cooldown for 5 seconds.

W - Lick Wounds: Leon Licks his wounds, healing him for 50/70/95/115/140 and removing slows.

E: Go for the kill: Leon marks a target player for 6 seconds. While marked, Leon gains 25% movement speed while moving towards the target and his next auto does xDamage and applies 5 stacks of Bleed

R - Pack Leader:_ Leon Howls, granting allied champions his passive bonuses and doubling them for himself for the next 10 seconds. During this, Damage caused by Taste for Blood is increase by 15% _

That passive is basically just Darius passive, but without the extra benefits. Also, the ultimate is EXTREMELY underwhelming to say the least. Not to mention we already have a humanoid wolf person that can jungle.

Changed kit from initial version to current version.

Passive: Leons autoattacks apply a bleed to the target, stacking 5 times and dealing 10+(1.5*Level) damage per stack over 5 seconds.

Q: Leon Bites the target, causing 50+(12*Bleed_Stacks) damage to the target.

W: Passive: Leon has +20% attack speed and his auto attacks deal (.25*Remaining_Bleed_Damage)damage. Can be activated to double the bonuses for 3 seconds, afterwards causing Leon to becomes sated places the passive on cooldown for 5 seconds. So to elaborate, at level one and at max stacks, your auto's would do an additional 14 damage with current numbers.

E:

R: Leon Howls, slowing all nearby enemy movement and attack speeds by 10/20/30% for 2 seconds and increasing Friendly movement and attack speeds by 10/20/30% for 4 seconds and causes Leon's enter into a bloodlust, making his auto-attacks apply max bleed stacks and and slow targets by 10% for 1 second. Bloodlust lasts 10 seconds.
