Taliyah needs a skin that is attractive. Her passive allows her to ride a rock and I thought it would be cool if she rode a Surf board! Mean while all of her rocks could be beach balls. I think this would be very cool looking. I hope someone important sees this because I want it to happen, people will love this skin! I copyright this idea.

Would the knock up be a diving board and the unstable ground be a small tidal wave?

Also this is the one skin type i think every hero in LoL should have. Pool party for everyone!!!
