lunar fighter xayahthe names can always changes, the names are for a visual idea. discussion this is to create an idea for devs. hopefully maybe 1 of these ideas are being used. (also xayah and rakan dont have to have always a couple skin in my opinion.)
I'd like to 'steal' the festival skin ideas from you and make them real by my crappy art style.
Xayah and Rakan have few skins because they're new champions and need matching skins (their current skins are all paired, anyway). The rest range from 1% pick rate (Ivern) to 8% pick rate (Taliyah, falling after the recent Q nerfs), and Riot invests very little into making skins for unpopular champions.
I'd say Avatar Taliyah.
