Will there be skins that interact with other skins?

Skins that change effects when the skills are in contact with different skins. Sort of like when you oriana ult and then yasuo ults, the effects change when both of them has the skin on. This could be dependent on the lore, or just plainly based on the movesets of the champion. Will these types of skins be possible in league?
