Shinkara, Reaper of Souls (champion concept)

I spent a good bit of time on this, I'm looking for some awesome feedback, constructive criticism and any thoughts on why it would or wouldn't be a good addition to the League. What can I change? Does it completely suck? Is the lore outdated? Would it be over powered? Would it play well in team fights? Would it be fun to play and play against? Please consider these questions while you read.
