New Perks

Q- Creates a time wrap field around enemies shes knocks up having tentacles focus that enemy for 3 mins untill new enemy is selected

W-Creates her W to do a slow AOE damage attack based on enemys current health plus 25 dmg per champion she hits

E - Channels her E so the next grab she ddoes after holding for 1 sec stuns enemies for 1.2 secs plus dooing 40% current damage or 20% max damage if she grabs 2 or more champions, if one is selected they are stunned instead with no extra damage given

Q-Does a Dash knock up similar to riven final Q attack

W- Amplfies Q-R abilities doing new perks plus gaining movement speed

E spews tentacles from her body in a heimer missle radius doing 1% true damage and slowing enemies down

R Does what e Does pull all souls she dunks to her in combination of her W amplifed damage

What does explaining how her spells work have to do with anything? Here let me try:

Rework Q- Does a dash knock up similar to riven final Q attack

W- 3-hit passive with armor shred

E- Auto attack reset with extra damage and range

R- Does what Q does but is targeted and knocks them up longer

Am I doing it right?

uhhh...NO

Q- Does dash knock up

W- passive: does bonus ad damage on next basic attack EVERY 15 SECS active: amplifies her abilites plus 25 damage 5% Ap ratio scaling/2% AD ratio scaling

Q= Slow during knock up W=Gains movement speed E= does 1 % true damage per tenatcle hit R= gains a 100 absorb damage shield per champion hit aswell as 5 -20 armor/Magic resist passive<----- THIS ONLY WORKS WHEN W IS ACTIVE

E- Summons 4 tendrils pulling enemys towards(aim like Heimer missles )

R- Stomps the yard slowing enemy units down and fearing minions/monsters

there more neat and corrected

you speak for your;self and illaoi is a slow champ, her win rate isfairly low in SR, her ARAM winrate is high because you can not escape the deep, and this is a champion concept board for people like me, submitting personal ideas for consideration you have no power, riot does, and my attention is towards them sir or mam, not you

Illaoi makes up for being slow for having one of the best teamfight presences with her R, and powerful zoning potential with her E. Checks and balances. If a champion is too good in every aspect, that is not considered balanced. I for one think Illaoi is very balanced right now.

You see, in the right hands, people can do magic with her. However, nobody can just play her anymore and do well because she's been released for several months now. You need to know how to use her very well in order to do well. (Illaoi has many weaknesses that don't really make her viable in competitive play without lots of experience. She has no escapes, no hard CC, weak gap closer, and no real ranged harass.) Experienced players can play around these weaknesses, but in lower elos, where these things are never abused, champions like Illaoi can shine. Illaoi is so easy to counterplay once you know what you're doing.

Illaoi is also a snowball champion, similar to Rengar Khazix Akali . If you don't get an early lead, you don't contribute much. Very high risk/high reward champion.

Also, concerning the structure of your post. One reason it's received so much negative feedback is that it's presented in such a poor manner. You write in a way that is hard to understand, in fragments and cryptic sentences. Try taking a look at this champion concept Nonmur, the Water Thaumaturge to get a firm grasp on how to present your ideas in a understandable way.

btw this quote got me a A+ in my essay exams, so i know all creative thought is competent

but back to "your'e" post while eating an apple I decided to stomp a Illaoi top with shaco, as for her peformance in teamfights? i say it meant little to nothing, as to say do I even see her in SR? rarely, for that reason she remains in the depths of long lost forgotten champion relic list, were only the few will play.

Now thats a Lesson Learnt
