The changes to her abilities and such are legendary level, like, literally. If this was made into a real skin, they would not only have to credit you, and pay you a percentage of the profits (due to the whole "you stole my work!" lawsuit event), they would have to get brand new VO for her as well.
Im not going to use it, as the whole "Kraken" theme doesnt fit her current "World in Ice" VO, seems too off for me!

(PS! Wouldn't an ink blob make more sense both visually, logically, and thematically? [a blob of ink would splash to the targets behind the first, whereas a mass of flying tentacles doesnt make much sense!)

Riot i think this fan idea is one of the best we all have ever seen this far!!!! Its so awesome and the maker had so much pain doing all this!! I mean u have made some fan made skins before! I love the idea, but I will go out on a limb here and assume they'd just name it Atlantean Lissandra and shove her into the top lane category since Atlantean Syndra exists for the midlane.

I love this idea! I am not a huge Lissandra player, but I think that I would buy this skin and become one for a few weeks :D Also, you may not agree, but I think this skin would also fit the title of a "Void" skin... It just... fits! And it's so aesthetically pleasing, it looks official! Let's make it that way :D

As much as I love the idea, I think the idea would be better on Amumu, Galio, or a champion with an AoE hard cc, and have it shown to wrap the tentacles around the victim for the duration
