Have you ever been sitting top lane and thinking to yourself, "This ekko kid is pretty strong, but I don't like AP," or you might have thought, "ARE YOU *@#*ING KIDDING! STOP STEALING MY KILLS!" Than you have no farther to look than Austrias: Prince of Thieves. Austrias is a melee assassin focused on quick kills and having a little sustainability in a fight. However, his longer cooldowns and slow scaling keeps his burst from being to overpowering during lane. His abilities: The Q: Take down: Passive: for every minion kill Austrias gains 1 AD for this ability maxing at 100. Active: Deals 50/75/100/130/160 AD +(0.4) AD and if it hits any target under 10% max health its an instant kill.

The W: Can't See Me: Passive: Blinds last 10/15/20/30/50% shorter. Active: Throws a smoke grenade that reduces armor of those in the smoke by 10/15/20/25/30% and blinds.

The E: Agility: Austrias leaps a short distance dealing 70/95/130/180/250+(.6) AD. This can also be used to jump over walls and if Austrias lands on a champion they are stunned for 1 second.

The Ultimate: Return Policy: Passive: Stores up damage dealt to Austrias over the past 10 seconds. Active: Deals 50% of cached damage to target champion the 100/200/300+(.3) AD as magic damage.

Now already the damage on this Champ is insane. However, keep in mind the long cooldowns and the poor scaling. You may be wondering why I mentioned Killstealing earlier and I bring you to the beauty of the Prince of Thieves. The Passive: Honor among Thieves: Instead of assist Gold Austrias earns a percentage of kill gold based on damage done to a champion. For example, Austrias deals 90% of Nasus's health in damage, but a Caitlynn Flashes in to steal the kill. Cait will receive full Kill gold, but Austrias will receive 90% kill gold for the assist. The best part is this works both ways. Should Austrias steal your kill you can count on getting your fair share of the pickings.

I think this could do with some better tuning but the idea of an AD counterpart to Ekko, with similar ideas is nice. The long CD and lack of scaling would be nice so you can unload on that one target but not be Kat 2.0 and destroy a whole team. The gold passive is also nice because it would allow for a steady flow of gold for your jungler if they gank but also reward you for all the work you did if someone chooses to steal your kill. 8/10.
