i think it is a good skin and should be added because yasuo doesn't have enough skins and you did a very good job:)

I feel like the in game model would look a lot like Project: Yasuo. Especially with the white hair. I think you're gonna have to try certain parts of the look. Definitely the hair anyway. Otherwise, the idea would be pretty good.

Don't bother saying that only legit Ionian can perform the festival, even Elise have a blood moon skin.
Concept looks great; not sure how it fits lore-wise? So far we have bloodmoon skins for people who performed in the festival (shen, akali) and people who could be feared by Ionians (kalista, thresh, elise). I guess since yasuo is seen as a traitor, they could be bad-mouthing him, saying he's going to come kill everyone in Ionia or something, but I'm not sure if he's as mythical as kalista/thresh/elise.
Looks nice, Yasuo needs a samurai armored skin.
