{Champion Concept} Txiv Neeb, the Pangolin Shaman

Passive: Spirit Walker Every 10 seconds after killing an enemy unit, epic monster, or enemy champion (cannot activate by using basic attacks) will gain a stack of Spiritual energy, after casting one spell Txiv Neeb will summon a spirit depending on how many stack of Spiritual energy he has.
Eagle: 5 stacks of Spiritual Energy, will grant Txiv Neeb movement speed.
Salmon: 10 stacks of Spiritual Energy, will grant Txiv Neeb the ability to move through units.
Bear: 15 stacks of Spiritual Energy, will grant Txiv Neeb armor and magic resistance.
Wolf: 20 stacks of Spiritual energy, will grant Txiv Neeb to deal double the damage to champions who have 50% low health.
Q: Spirit Rush 9.5 Second cooldown Mana Cost: 80/75/70//65/60 Txiv Neeb will surround himself in spiritual energy and dash towards a target once he collides with the target he will release a pulse of spiritual energy both the target and anything caught in the pulse are stunned for 3 seconds. (The pulse will still activate if blocked by champion made terrain, Yasuo's Windwall, Anivia's Crystallize, Jarvan's Cataclysm, etc.)
W: Seidhr Strike 5 Second Cooldown Mana 40 at all Ranks Passive- Txiv Neeb will pull out his staff (Shaman term is called Seidhr) and will do magical and physical damage every third hit.
Active- Txiv Neeb Will pull out his Seidhr and Swing it around all allies near Txiv Neeb will have there next spell deal both Physical and magical damage.
E: Spirit's Cry 12.5 Cooldown 75/70/65/60/55 Txiv Neeb will pull out his Seidhr staff and slam the ground releasing a giant pulse of Spiritual energy, anything caught within the pulse is slowed down for 2.5 seconds.
R: Way of the Shaman 110/80/60 No Cost Txiv Neeb will call upon the Spirits and absorb all spiritual energy in the area surrounding him and transform into the Legendary Pangolin Spirit giving him additional physical damage, magical damage, and movement speed.
Extra Information:
*The name Txiv Neeb is a Shaman name which means "Father or Master of the Spirits" Txiv Neeb is also the name of an ancient Shaman who was in the order of Hmong. Making him the Shaman of the Hmong. *A pangolin is an animal related to the armadillo so i thought why not create a champion who might have some connection to Rammus.
- any ideas would be great, i would like to see what you guys would come up with if Txiv Neeb should or should not have any connection to Rammus.
Update 11/13/2014 Lore: I remember that day on the sands of Shurima how I came across my armored cousin, but he was entirely different the last
time we met. He spoke only six words, before he could speak in sentences, speeches, even give out commands and now I find
myself wondering what happened at Shurima? I try to find ways to get my old cousin his speech and memory back, after I had
given advice to the Will of Blades, I left to Shurima to visit my old cousin Rammus. He can't remember who i am or what i am, so
I will but my powers as a Shaman to the test. I race back to my cavern in Ionia and pull down books after books trying to find a
solution to his amnesia. Alas i have found it, but sadly It goes everything every standard I believe in, the only way to cure this
amnesia is to have the blood of a Shuriman emperor. Now I seek council with the Institute of War if i can help my cousin in
anyway. Sadly they denied any other solution, so I must take the life of a Shuriman emperor. There is only one I can see that is worthy for my task in curing my cousin.
Azir the Emperor of Sands must fall he is the only one i can think of whose blood is able to cure my cousin.
Update 1/28/2015 Lore: Txiv Neeb stood up from his rock that was perched upon as all the armored mammals gathered around him. Once a proud, strong, and noble where millions had thrived; now diminished to just a couple hundreds. Txiv Neeb, slammed his staff on the ground, and spoke in ancient tough only armored mammals can understand.
"Gather around my brothers and sisters, and lend me your strength. For far to long the humans have destroyed our beloved homes, ruined the precious earth, and tainted the very creatures of this world into nothing but war machines.
Some say they don't want war, but yet they fight in it and show no mercy to their enemies. Demacia promised peace, but caused the war to grow. Noxus still rampages around the land conquering and murdering millions. The outbreak in the Freljord, the sudden war between the cities of Technology; Piltover and Zuan. The disorder in our very home in Ionia, the sudden island of death that was once full of life now called the Shadow Isles. Th wraith of the gods; battling in the very sand in Shurima, to the raging waters in Bilgewater.
Now my brothers and sisters it is our turn to strike back, to take back what was ours. No longer shall we cower in fear knowing that our enemies may be stronger than us. Thanks to the powers of the four spirits I carry together we are one. Together we shall prevail. Together we shall fight.

Txiv Neeb then raised his staff and the four spiritual beings appeared the Eagle, the Salmon, the Bear and the Wolf. Every armored creature rose to their feet and let out roars upon roars. Now the Battle of the Beats have begun, and none shall survive.
Skin Update: -Nayam Txiv Neeb
*Nayam backwords spells Mayan so this skin will represent the lost civilization.
- Due to the fact of being a Shaman i will be making skins based on ancient tribes and civilizations. Occasionally i will do like Demon hunter or something that involves that stick-staff he carries.
*Pronunciation for Txiv Neeb (Ziv-Kneeb)
Update Attacks Now if Txiv Neeb activates his Q, W, or E ability they will take form of the Spiritual animal depending on how many stacks he has. If he attacks an enemy champion it will deal 2% additional damage.
Update Passive Txiv Neeb will gain the special bonuses from his Passive after he uses his spiritual animal, for only 5 seconds.
