New skin.."Special ops Jhin" and more skin ideas

So for a while as a player..and a really huge imagination for a 16 year old I came up with some great skin concepts and I've come up with some cool ideas so I wanted to bring out this skin would be legendary..so the new jhin concept would be called.Special ops Jhin so firstly his splash animated art would be him in a special ops vest with the riot logo on his shoulder with special ops printed yellow on his back with him in front of a project skin crime scene with helicopter spotlights shining on him while it's raining. For his effects jhin will glitch.no bug intended just a cool glitch when he walks and moves.for his q his grenade could be a flash grenade that light's up bright white when bounced to the last target..for his W it could be a long line of blue and red and for his E it can be something cool up to you guys.The Jhins ultimate effect I'll say last...oh and let's not forget instead of him having a hand gun..for this skin he could have a special sniper gun something that looks insanely Bad@$$..and his attire can be an all sleek smooth look with a really cool special ops helmet...and for his recall..since jhin is a serial killer/ reclusive guy who wants attention he could be running away from the project crime scene saying im getting to much attention..indeed wanting all the attention then a helicopter with spotlight flashes on him then he stops and grabs the rope with intent and says let the show begin.then when he goes back to the revival circle the spotlight still shines on him for second or so then dissipates..and lastly for his R ult..when he sets up to do his ult a barrage up Special helicopters come to assist him putting spotlights on the ground following enemies for a while Making him see through brush for a short period of time..and when special ops jhin dies..he glitches one time and phases away while his sniper gun drops to the ground...and I don't know what his effect could be when the game first starts when he goes to his destination up to you guys...so yeah that's a new skin I dea I have for Jhin..and I have a new group skin concept for Zoe corki aurelion sol and ezreal the group will be called galaxy speed racers or super galaxy speed racers..I'll give that idea soon I need to think more on that though
