YASUO-Balloon boy yasuo/Party yasuo or anything else

I'm not a big fan of Yasuo, but I though of this skin out of no where so bare with me

Haven't thought of splash art yet -

Steel Tempest - His ballon sword extends and as it makes contacts with the enemy, it makes a pop sound (as a balloon popping) - http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/clubpenguin/images/7/74/Clothing_Icons_5419.png/revision/latest?cb=20140224172959

Tornado - His tornado, will be the same however it will be multi coloured with balloons.

Wind wall - The wind wall will be a wall with a lot of balloons (or just balloons stacked on top of each other) when the wall goes away, all the balloons pop (with pop sound) - https://c1.staticflickr.com/9/8178/8048397560_8799af356b_b.jpg

Sweeping blade - He dashes like normal, leaving a ballon and a needle, as time goes by (8 seconds) the needle travels around the target to pop the balloon, after the balloon pops, Yasuo can dash through them again.

Last Breath - Blinks to target like normal, only that balloons appear around every single target that he ulted, once he slams down or something, all the balloons pop making many pop sounds.
