Tamm easter egg?

so i was just in a match playing rammus and i stood in the river spamming laugh and when i let the last one go all the way through, i heard a weird laugh like the one from the river king video. So i went into a custom game and kept trying this (i only used rammus but i think it works with anyone) and it would always play the laugh. Just a weird thing i thought i'd share
