Can we please re-size PROJECT skin borders for the new loading banners?

The new loading banners are pretty sleek and I really like them. However, with the new smaller banners, whenever I play Zed I can't see most of the First Strike border. (I can only see the bottom part really.) Would it be possible to re-size either the full PROJECT splash banners or even just the special borders so that they can be visible again?

I feel a little ripped off having paid full price for the border and not being able to enjoy the full aesthetic effect, and it looks pretty awkward as it is now.
