Make Primetime Draven live up to its Legendary quality

Primetime Draven is basically the cheapest legendary skin and it honestly feels more like an epic rather then a legendary. So to change this, i suggest making the announcer of the match Draven (toggle-able if you would cry about it). Then atleast this skin would have more going for it than chromas. Plus, it's a bit of a disappointment that this already wasn't introduced from the start, hes an announcer isn't he???

Surprise party fiddle is also a cheap legendary xD

Anyway, PT Draven was made in 2014 so it is pretty outdated compared to newer legendaries. They won't add anything to it nor older legendaries unless it's during the champions VGU and Draven won't be getting one anytime soon.
