in order to get the presitge kaisa edition skin you need to have at least 2500 worlds token, let's say the maximum amount tokens you can get from missions are 500, in ticket 2018 bundle they give 200x tokens. now i need to 10 times the 1650 RP world ticket(not sure if we're allowed to buy it that many times), that means i need to have at least 16500 amount of RP and that is 100€, curse you riot xD

You're not. There are other bundles that you can buy that include Tokens, though.

The way to get the most Tokens for the lowest RP cost is to get the Worlds Pass, which gives you 15 Worlds Tokens for your First Win of the Day (2nd mission that resets along with your standard FWotD mission) and variable amounts for every matchmade 5v5 PvP game you play based on whether you win or lose and what grade you earn. You get a minimum of 6 per Summoner's Rift win.
