How do you get the exclusive cards for the loading screen? It does not really explain it in the update page on surrender at 20, or if It did It was confusing xD can someone please explain?

They give it to you if you buy the skins during the first week of availability.

Is the exclusive loading card just the typical loading card but with that holographic barrier inside the loading art?
