New Champ idea:

Desmond: The Gallant Hand of Demacia. Lore: (Up for Discussion, but basically he's Garen's right hand man when it comes to combat ect ect) Abilities: Relies heavily on bruiser methodology (AD, Tank) Passive: "A call to arms" Desmond gains base armor and health when his shield is in hand, and gains movement speed and attack damage when his shield is put down. His health is dramatically lower without his shield. Additionally, every 3rd basic attack with his shield in hand slows by a certain %, every 5th basic attack (or damaging ability) without his shield in hand will steal a base amount of health. Q: "By my Hand" Desmond tosses his shield a certain distance dealing an aoe slow. He gains movement speed with the shield not in hand, and when he returns to his shield (like ori's ball) he will regain the shield bonus. His Q without his shield slashes his sword twice laterally, dealing physical damage and the second slash applies on hit effects. W: "Not without a Fight" Desmond raises his shield, removing debuffs for a short duration, and taunts the closest nearby enemy for 1 second. His W without his shield allows him to jump a short distance, dealing physical damage. E: "No man left behind" Desmond hands his shield to an ally, granting them a boost in armor, and magic resistance for a short distance, additionally, if Desmond, and said targeted ally attack the same target within a short time frame, they are stunned for 1 second. His E without his shield impales his opponent, applying bleeding damage over time. R: "Ultimate Justice" Desmond becomes invulnerable to disabling abilities, and charges a short duration to an unfixed location (Like malphs ult) once he arrives to his destination, he knocks back one enemy, and lowers his base stats.
