For Starters I am not done with her. I'm posting this because I don't people to think when I'm finished that I was ripping off the Reworked Swain. I know it's not many similarities, but Also, I have a drawing but I don't know how to post it. It's not the best, but it's how I wanted her to look.

Lore: Working on it

Abilities: Target range: 900 Collision Radius: 30 Speed: 1800 Cost: 40 Cooldown:10 secs

Q: Ghostly Grasp Moone fires a ghostly hand in a target direction. The first enemy hit takes increased damage from Moone for the next 5 secs.

Cost: 80/80/100/100/120 Cooldown: 30 secs

W: Undead Leach: Passive- After damaging an enemy with an ability, Moone increases her spell vamp by an additional 5%. The health is stored in her staff, after 10 secs if not activated the health is doubled. Moone passively gains 1/2/3/4/5%. Max health that can be stored is 5/7/9/12/15% of Moone's max health. The health is automatically consumed after 30 seconds and goes on cooldown(but doesn't cosume the mana cost).

Active: When is activated, Moone absorbs all the health in her staff immediately.

Target Range: 950 Effect Radius: 200 Cost: 80 Cooldown: 15 secs

E: Call of the Undead: Moone slams her staff beneath her disturbing the souls of the undead. The souls try to escape at a target location, grasping onto the living: doing magic damage and slowing enemies, enemy minions, and neutral monsters. when the souls return to rest, Moone gets 1.5/2/2.5/3/5% of the fastest enemy champion who was effected.

Cost: 125/150/200 Cooldown: 180/160/140

R: Necromancer Release- Moone empowers one of her abilities.

R/Q: Moone spawns a ghoul out her back, that shoots a spray of ghostly hands for 10 secs. R/W: Moone shoots forward a ghoulish head that deals damage overtime, healing for the damage done on the first champion hit. Last for 5/7/10 secs. R/E: 5 souls completely comes out from below, are controlled using the R-key. If an enemy comes into their target radius one soul souls latches onto an enemy's soul, doing magic damage for the next 3 secs. An enemy can only be only be infected by one soul at a time. The souls last out for 20 secs, after their time on the rift is over they explode and leave behind a slowing field. After the soul leaves an enemy champ the movement speed is transferred to both Moone and the summoned souls for 3 seconds.

I don't have damages on her abilities because the last time I did they were hot busted and I was flamed LOL. Thanks for you time. Have a great day on the Rift.

Passive: Every dead increases damage of Moone next Q. (Minions, Large monsters and Champion souls all do different bonus dmg)

Q: Skillshot, deals Ap scaling damage, and increases damage target takes from Moone (scaled by rank) for 5 seconds.

W: Add passive 1.5/3/4.5/6/7.5% spell vamp. Damaging hero with spells grant 5% spell vamp for 4 seconds. Healing from spells is stored for up to 30 seconds. Healing is progressively increased, up to double amount per 10 seconds. (10% increase per second) Maximum stored is equal to 5/10/15/20/25% of Moones health After 30 seconds, heal is auto-used mana-free

Activate to heal immediately and gain 10/17.5/25/32.5/40 MS for 2 seconds

E: Souls begin to grasp in 700 diameter, slowing enemies for 15% and doing magic damage, persist 2 seconds after leaving area. During this time, and 2 seconds after, Moone gains 1/2/4/6/8% MS of all affected enemies, halved for non-Champions

R: R/Q: Spawn Rampaging ghoul, attacking enemies and casting Q; prioritizing champions..Stats and Q scale by level of R

R/W: Single hit skillshot, ignores minions. Creates Undead head that travels in line. First target hit takes damage per second (scaled with R), and Moone heals for part of this damage (scaled with R)

R/E Summon 5 wraiths: Lifespan is 20 sec. Cannot be targeted. Attack first enemy in radius. Can be directed using R key. Enemy attacked takes magic damage per second (scaled with R) for 3 seconds. After this, part of his MS is transferred to other wraiths and Moone.
