Seekers Armguard possible name change?

This is just something stupid I though of all of a sudden. Ever since I started playing the looked more like a pauldron. I know if we squint your eyes hard enough you can kind of make out what is supposed to be a hand, but with all the item name changes that have been going on, I just thought it sounded more appropriate to what it looks like.
