NEW CHAMP

i was hoping we could have a more creep based champion i love the way yorick and elise use small minion types to put in work but i feel that their play style still focuses more on the champ and less on their abilities to make and use creeps in creative and interesting ways. a champ who builds onto towers as his ult and his/her abilities revolve around making and using creeps like a nexus but with more control over minions in a way that ivern and annie do.
